Coach Leah Jerome has been coaching at the youth and high school level since 2008. Before coaching, she played soccer at Fordham University where she was a four-year starter, team captain for two years, a two-time team MVP, and the program’s first All-American in 2006.

Coach Jerome is a high school history teacher at Pascack Valley High School where she was named the 2020 Bergen County Teacher of the Year.

In 2022 Coach Jerome became the girls varsity soccer coach at PV. She was named the Big North National Coach of the Year in that same year. The team has won back-to-back league championships.
